About The Job
In this role, you will provide the analysis and insights that guide Google’s growth and retention strategy for its newest and smallest customers. You will be the expert on data driving the Tail business, lead cross-functional data science, and problem-solving projects to manage product and/or go-to-market plans, and provide problem-solving thought partnership across the team to solve business issues. You will understand business needs, deliver relevant insights, support small businesses in their advertising goals, and manage impact in ambiguity.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,000-$163,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
