Experience with clients, influencing across levels, and advising on performance improvements.
Experience with marketing analytics, return on investment/financial modeling, and statistical analysis.
Experience in a retail industry or agency role.
Ability to analyze large datasets and prioritize them into actionable insights.

As an Analytical Lead, you will use data-driven insights to help clients achieve their business objectives. You will be a trusted advisor to large customers and agencies and help influence clients’ marketing measurement plans. You will be a key partner to Google’s ad sales teams.
You will help customers increase their measurement maturity by adopting best practices in marketing measurement and media attribution. You’ll use Google internal data, client marketing campaign performance data, and client data to identify trends, opportunities, and marketing strategies that drive growth for clients and Google.
You will work directly with clients and own client relationships with key decision makers, including senior leaders in strategy and analytics teams.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. Analyze internal and external data to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success.
Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and earn their trust to challenge the status quo together by telling stories with data, both visually and verbally.
Collaborate across teams to innovate, activating full measurement and attribution product capabilities for customers, and develop scalable solutions to industry challenges.
Advise on marketing analytics, including attribution, lifetime value, customer segmentation, behavior insights, data integration, and measurement.
Lead the full lifecycle of measurement initiatives, from idea to implementation.
