8 years of analytical work experience in product, manufacturing, logistics, or in a business operations analytics environment.
Experience with analyzing data, database query (e.g. SQL), and creating dashboards/reports (Tableau/Looker) and ETL Experience (Python, Informatica, Airflow, etc.).
People management experience.
MBA or Master’s degree with a quantitative focus.
Ability to develop and analyze large, complex data sets and convert them into insights that drive business decisions at all levels of the organization.
Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver findings of analysis.

In this role, you will provide data and insights to the Hardware Planning and Logistics Team.

Manage a team of analysts that are aligned to a Hardware Planning and Fulfillment program. Coach each team member to become an expert in the key metrics of their business.
Apply an analytical mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit to identify new ways to innovate with data.
Operate a robust, reliable and accurate data infrastructure, working closely with data engineering teams and partners to continuously drive process improvements across various cross-functional partners and internal process improvements.
Build relationships with Google’s senior leaders to understand their needs and articulate a vision that is compelling and exciting. Focus on delivering business value via data.
Own and maintain key strategic KPI reporting and drive consistency and self service analytics framework.
