The Seller Success empowers GCS team members with the skills, knowledge, and tools to help GCS customers grow. We work with GCS Acquisitions and Onboarding Sales teams, regional PSA, Global Product Leads (GPLs), and Marketing to execute on the team’s mission to enable and empower GCS teams to promote at scale. GCS Sales Assets is responsible for activating the go-to-market strategies for Google’s advertising products through knowledge, skills, and solutions collateral, direct-to-customer materials, and tools that support GCS Sales teams to drive customer success.
The impact of the enablement materials we create, from assets, tools, and plays, is measured through their ability to grow product adoption, deliver time savings and high engagement from Sales teams, and increase Sales team satisfaction. We identify opportunities through data-driven analysis of our customer and Sales team needs, develop business cases for those opportunities, build consensus with stakeholders, and program manage cross-functional teams to enable GCS advertiser success and business growth via product assets.

Responsibilities
Create and curate assets, collateral, and tools that address the needs of the Acquisitions and Onboarding Programs.
Manage and collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to identify and strategize how to activate assets and resources with the GCS Acquisitions and Onboarding audience.
Lead development of a scalable, global curriculum of high-quality activation materials that will equip Acquisitions and Onboarding Sales teams to effectively plan, pitch, implement, and evaluate customer solutions.
Use data and insights to understand and optimize reach and engagement of primary and secondary stakeholders, and modify strategy accordingly.
Map a comprehensive view of GCS Acquisitions and Onboarding needs, solutions, product knowledge, competencies, and skills required by Sales teams and customers, in partnership with subject matter experts.
