Additional Information

Responsibilities
Provide daily oversight/supervision of global workforce that supports multiple customers.
Interact with internal and external Staffing Partners on selection and ongoing performance of workforce reports.
Lead projects rooted in the hiring space at a regional or global level, employees and contingent workers, and core operational workstreams (e.g., resourcing, Global Candidate Management (GCM), and Staffing Operations Associates Academy).
Manage team goals, load balancing, productivity benchmarks, and service-level agreements.
Manage associate leads who supervise extended workforce teams.
