Minimum qualifications:
5 years of experience working in a matrixed environment.

3 years of experience in people management.

Experience in project/operations management in a global organization.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing international teams.

Experience with managing ambiguous problems, working with data to uncover insights, and creating presentations.

Ability to build productive relationships and influence all levels of employees/partners.

Interest in working globally with a regional team to drive productivity/operations for an extended workforce organization.

Additional Information

(Colorado only*) Minimum salary of $138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

  • Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.

Responsibilities

Provide daily oversight/supervision of global workforce that supports multiple customers.

Interact with internal and external Staffing Partners on selection and ongoing performance of workforce reports.

Lead projects rooted in the hiring space at a regional or global level, employees and contingent workers, and core operational workstreams (e.g., resourcing, Global Candidate Management (GCM), and Staffing Operations Associates Academy).

Manage team goals, load balancing, productivity benchmarks, and service-level agreements.

Manage associate leads who supervise extended workforce teams.
