Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, related field or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in quantitative analytics roles, including experience with SQL databases/data modeling.
Experience in data science or similar business analytics field/role.
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to speak effectively, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and adapt style to different audiences.
Ability to work effectively amidst ambiguity and demonstrated problem solving leadership with limited oversight.
Excellent communications skills in writing and creating presentations.

The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google’s culture and values to life. We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley workspaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally. We also manage the industry-leading services that help make Google a great place to work – from how we design healthy and collaborative workspaces, create energizing food experiences, provide convenient transportation and fitness options, to delivering inclusive environments where Google and our employees can thrive.
Responsibilities
Scope and define a project’s problem statement, establish actionable metrics, and develop data-based solutions that guide users on how to assess business trade offs and outcomes.
Structure and perform analyses with minimal guidance, and conduct research to uncover the insights that will lead to business recommendations.
Customize communication and output (dashboards, visualizations, analyses) to a wide variety of audiences; determine best audience for data-driven insights.
Lead complete development and deployment of “single source of truth” centralized reports, dashboards, models, and tools to analyze, report, and present partnerships and operations-related data associated with REWS.
Provide interpretation, analysis, or insight along with clearly-stated information.
