Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent practical experience
7 years of experience in quantitative analytics with a focus on marketing analytics
5 years of experience in people management
Experience with analytic software tools (e.g., SQL, R, SAS)
Preferred qualifications:
PhD degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field
Experience working in the ad industry
Experience with cloud engineering and storage

Additional information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$262,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Manage a team of Marketing Data Scientists that provide consultative services and develop custom machine learning/statistical solutions
Deliver strategic insight of the organization, establishing close relationships with leaders in business to ensure strategic alignment on opportunities and customer priorities
Build media measurement goals and lead analytics aspects of client engagements in the area of marketing mix modeling, attribution, and incrementality
Solve complex analysis problems, applying methods such as statistical and machine learning models
Design and deliver projects that drive automation, yield insights, and/or merge customer data with Google stack for the benefit of meeting the customers’ business objectives
