Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a quantitative focus or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience working as a data analyst, business analyst or a role with an analytics component.
Experience managing and querying datasets using SQL or other languages.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with database queries using SQL languages, or data analysis languages such as Python and R.
Understanding of the digital media/advertising industry (i.e., display advertising, ad-tech platforms, and data management systems).
Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams and ability to influence effectively across functions and seniority levels.
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, handling large, complex data problems.
Good organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously.
Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.

The Publisher Intelligence team is a business intelligence team responsible for helping the Global Partnerships Sellside organization make effective data-driven decisions. As an Analyst on the Publisher Intelligence team, you will be responsible for scoping, initiating and delivering on analytical projects, such as modeling publisher behavior, creating complex SQL workflows and evaluating the impact of projects and products via statistical methods.

Responsibilities
Contribute to further development the wider team of analysts, sharing best practices, delivering training and/or taking on coaching opportunities as needed.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners such as Sales and Marketing, Ads Finance, Engineering or Product specialists.
Build and maintain data infrastructure for Online Partnerships Group including back-end data tables, data pipelines, and dashboards.
Provide leadership in identifying and initiating analytical projects that will drive business impact for the organization, requiring both an understanding of internal Google operations as well as the wider display ads industry.
Socialize project findings, often to senior level stakeholders, influencing investment and go-to-market strategies.
