About the job
Our team’s mission is to make data accessible and inform better business decisions. As a Business Intelligence Architect on our team, you will help build the data systems and tools that inform Real Estate and Workplace Service (REWS) decisions across the globe. You will provide visibility on key metrics, performance, and opportunities for scale and growth in building outstanding workplaces around the world. You will partner with engineering teams to shape and develop REWS’ data architecture. You will craft scalable solutions to automate the delivery of that data. You will also have the creativity and drive to build your own prototype solutions and to provide training and guidance to team members and partners. You are naturally curious and you enjoy diving into data to both ask and answer big questions about service performance, real estate utilization, and overall planning – for example: predicting the impact on team commute times of office relocations.
You are motivated and resourceful, and have knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and approaches. You know how to organize data to make it easily accessible and usable because you understand your stakeholders and the business problems they are trying to solve.
