The Reverse Logistics team at Google Devices and Services is responsible for delivering innovative and post-promotion experiences for customers. You will join a dynamic, creative, and fast-growing team that defines the service offerings for products. In this role, you will guide the Reverse Logistics systems and data strategy by aligning it to business needs. You will develop and sustain systems and tools by working with several internal cross-functional teams, including Systems, Planning, Operations, Service Engineers, and Finance. You will also work with external partners to develop the data, tools, and models needed to provide customers with the Google customer experience. You will manage a technical team by prioritizing requirements, defining roadmaps, and managing schedules. You will also influence stakeholders, identify risks, and clearly communicate goals and progress to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead process, data, and systems capabilities, delivering the long-term strategy for the Reverse Logistics Devices and Services operations, planning, service engineering, and business development teams and our external service providers.
Gather, prioritize, and provide direction on business needs, and setup timelines, roadmaps, and scope of work.
Manage the relationship with Systems, Finance, Product Operations, and other cross-functional groups that rely on reverse logistics data, and account for systems optimization and data accuracy.
Manage relationships with external service providers (e.g., authorized service providers and depots) and internal stakeholders (e.g., Planning, Operations, Service Engineering, Systems, and Data Services) to advise on technical solutions and roadmaps that enable strategic initiatives.
Synthesize learnings and craft data into clear and compelling executive updates and presentations across product, engineering, and partnership leadership to help define and shape product direction.
