About the job
Our team is responsible for the business planning and sales forecasting process throughout a hardware product’s lifecycle, from conception to end-of-life.
As a member of the Hardware Partnerships team, you will focus on Google and Google Nest branded hardware across all product categories. You will be responsible for managing partnerships with our top carriers, retailers, and enterprise verticals, including developing channel strategy, negotiating commercial terms, marketing and merchandising, and overall market share goals. We partner cross-functionally with marketing, product and engineering, finance and retail marketing teams internally, and with our partner counterparts across these disciplines.
Responsibilities
Manage the operational life-cycle for all new product launches and partner setup activities.
Work cross-product areas to define and launch a partner-facing product information hub and ensure our products are always shown accurately across retailer and carrier sales channels.
Understand business requirements and drive the implementation of new tools and processes and execute improvements to existing business processes.
Form relationships with partner managers, product and operations to understand upcoming product launches and ensure preparedness for on-time launch.
Lead or assist in varied operational and strategic projects across the hardware partnerships organization.
