Minimum qualifications:

12 years of relevant work experience, including 5 years of experience within sales and business process design
Experience using project and change management tools and methodologies
Consulting and/or facilitation experience
Preferred qualifications:
Six Sigma Certification
Ability to persuade stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Ability to work individually and with a team
Excellent communication, time-management, project management, and multi-tasking skills

In this role, you will focus on the opportunity to order processes, compliance, and operations, as well as operational excellence and scalability within the Sales, Partner Sales, and Sales Operations teams for the delivery of services.
As a Business Process and Requirements Analyst, you’ll perform data analysis and conduct a consistent review of data metrics to guide decision-making and enhancements to support scalability and efficiencies. You’ll be responsible for process design and delivery at a global scale. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Marketing to formulate easy to understand processes.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with, and facilitate alignment in, Sales, Partners, and Operations teams on the transformation of processes and services
Provide business requirements documents (BRD) and work collaboratively with our systems teams for automation support
Lead and facilitate process optimization initiatives focused on user-driven outcomes
Serve as a change agent for process improvements and technology releases
Support testing of emerging technologies and enhancements
