In this role, you will be responsible for running the Sales integration work-stream, from the time of acquisition closing until the sales teams and systems are fully integrated into Google Cloud. You will set up and run all key meetings with subject matter experts and stakeholders involved in every stage of the business cycle, facilitate decision making, and keep track of all milestones and deliverables throughout each Mergers and Acquisitions project. You will work with other Program Managers from the Google Cloud Go-To-Market Mergers and Acquisitions team, the Google Cloud Business Platforms team, and stakeholder from the acquired companies, to set up and track all sub-programs within the sales work stream (e.g., systems changes that require engineering, or business process changes that require business change management).
