Ability to develop detailed test plans and execute evaluation/debugging/root causing

As a Cellular Test Engineer, you’ll have a background in LTE, 5G, Radio Frequency (RF), and over-the-air (OTA) testing. You will be directly involved in cross-functional team engagement, to achieve and validate the best RF and OTA performance. Working closely with design engineers, you will give input on designs to improve our hardware until it meets high standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities
Work with Modem Systems/Antenna/RF/Software teams, bring-up, validate, and test cellular system features
Develop test plans, test, and support cabled and OTA tests
Purchase and setup antenna system test equipment
Execute equipment and chamber calibration, maintenance, and repair
Identify and recommend ways to leverage and/or enhance existing practices
