Minimum qualifications:

4 years of experience leading strategy and operations for organizations.

MBA or a Master’s degree with quantitative coursework (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Finance).
Experience with SQL and unstructured data sets.
Experience in business or sales operations.
Ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems.
Ability to influence executives with effective communication and presentation skills.

The Global Customer Service (GCS) Strategic Planning team is a core part of Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO), the strategic and operational part of GCS. You will help GCS make the right investments across its business to drive the most impact for our customers, advertisers, and Google. You’ll be responsible for shaping and transforming how we evaluate and make strategic investments across the GCS business globally. You will work directly with almost all parts of GCS and its partner organizations including cross-functional stakeholders (e.g.,Revenue Program Management, Finance, Data Science and Analytics, People Operations, etc.).

Responsibilities
Lead project management of strategic planning projects and operations.
Develop a balanced and independent view of various aspects of GCS business to help drive investments or re-prioritization based on analytical insights, modeling, and a practical mindset of what can be achieved.
Partner with cross-functional partners (e.g., Sales, Program Management, Finance, Data Science and Analytics, etc.).
Drive operational excellence and a closed loop investment strategy by developing metrics, processes, and cadences to evaluate how investments are evaluated post investment, and how they are performing to improve future operations and investments.
Drive problem solving through clarity and structure and ensure solutions are implemented successfully within desired timelines.
