Minimum qualifications:
3 years of project management experience working with cross-functional teams.
Experience with application development across web, Android, and Enterprise applications and services.
Experience presenting to leaders.
Technical leadership experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with Enterprise operating systems including Chrome.
Experience in the following areas of IT infrastructure: Networking (VPN, Wireless, protocols), Identity Management (SSO, SAML, LDAP, ActiveDirectory), and Security (VPN, firewalls).
Experience architecting and supporting software deployment for large enterprises, primarily within Device Management solutions and end user computing.
Experience with application delivery including: web application and integration (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS), VDI solutions (Citrix, VMWare, RDP), and Mobile Apps.
Familiarity with Android and Chrome (e.g. with Linux system architecture/administration, Java/HTML5 development, Android development, ADB, etc.).

As a Chrome Enterprise Customer Engineer, you will use your excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills as a member on the Chrome Enterprise Team. You’ll utilize your previous experiences as you engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements. You’ll be comfortable supporting and training current partners and driving recruitment of new strategic partners. You will facilitate making customer’s work more productive, mobile, and collaborative and assist fellow Googlers by problem-solving key technical issues for our customers.
Responsibilities
Work with companies, partners, and government agencies to ease their transition to Chrome Enterprise, an enterprise solution encompassing Chrome Browser, Chrome OS, and management capabilities.
Work with the Sales Team to help customers and partners understand the power of Google Chrome in the Enterprise, explaining technical features, and problem-solving key technical issues.
Engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements and present Google’s product offering.
Liaise with the Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to Google’s Chrome Platform.
