About the job
As a Cloud Business Partner (BP) within Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS), you will provide customer service to the business. You’ll partner with the REWS Business Partner team to provide clear communication to Google’s Product Area leadership and extended teams. You will work with REWS program managers who own workplace services and strategies, providing support and insight to teams who manage our vendor partners that deliver and maintain workspaces and services that positively impact Googlers’ performance and productivity. You’ll build trust in difficult situations, provide insight for making decisions where trade-offs are needed, and proactively work to keep information circulating so that REWS can intelligently support evolving business needs and set appropriate expectations.
You will partner with both REWS and our internal/external business partners, including Finance, Food Services, Facilities Operations, and Central Services to ensure there is alignment, collaboration, and transparent communication on all projects and daily operations.
You will be a key REWS point of contact seen for Googlers in your assigned product area. You’ll bring critical thinking to allow you to extract actionable insights from interactions with Googlers, suggesting solutions that support day-to-day operational execution of flexible facilities services to accommodate our businesses. You will share best practices, find efficiencies, and support the implementation of innovative programs that help REWS scale with Google’s growth and differentiated services.
The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google’s culture and values to life. We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley workspaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally. We also manage the industry-leading services that help make Google a great place to work – from how we design healthy and collaborative workspaces, create energizing food experiences, provide convenient transportation and fitness options, to delivering inclusive environments where Google and our employees can thrive.
