As a Community Engagement Marketing Manager with Grow with Google, you will have a unique opportunity to build, launch, and drive awareness of high-impact national partnerships and initiatives that create economic opportunity for everyone. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing go-to-market strategies with organizations that ensure students, jobseekers, and small businesses have digital tools and skills to thrive in an increasingly technology-driven society.
You will bring expertise in crafting go-to-market strategies, rolling out scaled campaigns, finding and sharing stories, and testing ideas. In addition, you’ll have a portfolio of previous work with copywriters, designers, analysts, web/email producers, agencies, and cross-functional partners (e.g., Marketing, Media, and Search Engine Optimization) who exceed in executing projects and reporting on performance.
You will manage creative projects that demonstrate our impact, make our resources accessible, and generate social conversation and press hits. You will bring creative vision to the team, while still being able to execute and manage tactical tasks to bring the work to life. You will utilize project management and execution expertise to help you navigate complex, internal and external partners and stakeholders. To do all this, you’ll work with a cross-functional team across Policy, Public Relations, Google.org, Marketing, People Operations, Legal, Product, and more.
Responsibilities
Create and execute go-to-market strategies, overseeing the development of creative assets and outreach materials.
Work with internal and external copywriters, designers, analysts, web/email producers, agencies, and cross-functional partners (e.g., Marketing, Media, Search Engine Optimization) to execute projects and report on performance. Work with internal and external Public Relations agencies and partners to develop campaign narratives. Work with partner agencies to develop social campaigns for national initiatives.
Support and manage relationships with external partner organizations.
Package and communicate program/initiative results and showcase success stories.
Utilize data and insights to write strategic briefs and make informed business and creative decisions to help us achieve our team’s goals.
