Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience leading system implementations for Governance Risk Compliance, ERP, Payments, or audit software.
Preferred qualifications:
7 years of relevant work experience within the systems/technology space, including risk management, audit, and/or compliance
Experience in consulting, especially in information security, system implementation and compliance
Data modeling, systems architecture and implementation experience, including SDLC management using Agile scrum methodologies
Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple project assignments with several teams simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, accepting ownership and accountability in order to deliver on commitments
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to take charge, interact confidently with all levels, to set objectives, and to drive results while working as a team player

Content Compliance at Trust and Safety is a new team, established to ensure that our business is consistent with content regulations. We balance Google’s legal and compliance requirements with the dynamic needs of our users and the values of our company. As a Compliance Systems Analyst, you will be part of the team responsible for proving compliance with existing and emerging content regulations. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, implementing, and maintaining the systems, tools, dashboards, and data that will support a global compliance team focused on content risks and regulations. You must be adept at solving new problems, executing with high quality at startup speed, and building at scale to support long-term solutions. You will be responsible for building systems, tools, dashboards, and processes that will deliver defensible risk and compliance at Google scale.

Responsibilities
Ensure integrity in internal business systems and processes by identifying, scoping, and driving effective delivery of system implementations and enhancements
Collaborate, manage relationships and drive alignment with a broad range of partner teams such as Legal, Engineering, Product and Security and Privacy, to collect, prioritize, and document business requirements, and translate them into systematic solutions
Conduct requirements gathering with key stakeholders to plan a roadmap of building a system and tooling capabilities to meet evolving content compliance requirements
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system development is in line with business requirements
Exhibit leadership presence with excellent cultural sensitivity, a global mindset; ability to think holistically, with a bias to action, exemplary problem solving skills and extraordinary attention to detail
