About the job
The Content Manager role supports the rollout of People Strategy initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver communications, content, and training for Googlers, Managers, and Leaders. You will manage a team of content specialists and vendors to curate, create, and publish central resources. The goal will be to provide central content to product area/function partners as a baseline from which they can contextualize to ensure understanding and adoption for each program by Googlers in their organizations. You will lead a team supporting the multi-year people operations strategic initiatives, and will create repeatable processes and tooling to deliver content to Googlers.
Great just isn’t good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as “Human Resources”). We bring the world’s most innovative people to Google and provide the programs that help them thrive.
