As a Creative in Marketing, you bring visual, design, written and experiential acumen to Google products and services, presented across all major media, content, channels, and experiences. You have the ability to perform your role in a flexible, ever-changing environment and must be open to new influences and inspiration. You will work with a deeply cross-functional team and inspire a team of vendor partners by sharing ideas and developing effective solutions to generate multiple concepts supporting all forms of major media. You will be equally comfortable making; rolling up your sleeves and designing, mocking, writing, or prototyping; showing, not telling. As a Brand Experience Manager within Google Retail’s Concept and Design team, you’ll be responsible for shaping the global visual merchandising strategy and setting the foundation for in-store experiences aligned to Google and Retail’s priorities. We are seeking a highly innovative and passionate individual with a track record for creating, partnering, and delivering in-store merchandising experiences.

Responsibilities
Craft and drive a forward-looking brand experience vision aligned by line of business, incorporating customer insights, store feedback, and industry trends.
Create and evolve global visual store layouts and approach for optimal customer experience and continually innovate merchandising strategy to support the needs and growth of the business.
Communicate ideas through visuals (storyboards/mood boards, drawing/sketching, ideation, materials, and textures) while understanding the context, insight, and design realities at retail.
Determine and brief immersive customer experience requirements including signage, digital and interactive content, product displays, and fixtures, and support overnight resets in stores, regular store visits, and new store opening activity.
Create/evolve global visual store layouts and approach for optimal customer experience, and drive space allocation for brand impact and profitability, and innovate merchandising strategies to support the needs and growth of business.
