The Creative Works team mission is to help Google’s brands and agencies translate data and insights into fuel for ideas that live on YouTube and Google platforms.
The Creative Effectiveness team is focused on helping clients make their YouTube ads as effective as possible, be it by optimizing existing assets or by creating made-for-YouTube ads. In this role, you will partner with creative business partners on to understand client, sector, and industry priorities where Creative Effectiveness offerings can play a role in scaled activation.
You will partner with advertisers through the entire creative development process, from analyzing data to uncover insights, offering creative recommendations, guiding tests and video experiments, helping produce optimized versions or assets, measuring results, and leveraging learnings to improve campaign effectiveness.
You will be a resource to elevate creative effectiveness on Google and YouTube and an expert in translating Google data into meaningful recommendations to inform brand strategy.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
Leverage Creative Effectiveness tools to surface user behavior and sentiment insights, and provide creative recommendations for ads.
Suggest recommendations based on data analyses, offer insights, creative ideas/feedback on storyboards, cuts, and existing spots. Work in partnership with creative strategists/directors.
Analyze creative assets and their relevance to varying audiences.
Guide and report on testings and video experiments.
Work with cross-functional partners and integrate their input.
