The Revenue to Cash Operations (RCO) team manages Google’s Revenue-to-Cash processes globally across all product areas, including Ads, Digital Goods, Google Cloud, and Hardware. We ensure Google’s business growth are transformed to cash in an efficient, controlled and compliant manner. Our team powers Google’s ambitious growth agenda by creating innovative ways to manage our complex set of billing and payment transactions, making processes more efficient and scalable, minimizing operational risk, integrating Google acquisitions and new products, connecting with new payment and invoicing partners.
Within RCO, the Cash and AR Management (CARMA) team is responsible for collecting all of Google’s cash, ensuring it is all applied correctly to customer and Google accounts while managing the customer credit risk across the business. Using your technical skills, business acumen and creativity, you will build tools to automate reporting and generate insights that will allow the Credit team accomplish its mission to be the guardians of Google’s Credit Risk and Customer information and accelerate sustainable growth by enabling spending, monitoring customers, and providing insights to our businesses. You will find innovative ways to manage our complex data making them useful. You will work to ensure the highest level of quality of our operations and you will proactively minimize operational risk. You will be a trusted partner to operations in delivering insights and strategic recommendations.
Provide management with clear insights and recommendations into drivers of credit risk, market trends, and opportunities that will keep losses within acceptable risk tolerances.
Perform analysis of complex issues, and provide recommendations to team members. Interact with internal users to establish and clarify requirements in order to develop analytics needs.
Use knowledge of predictive analytics, statistics, and modeling techniques to develop and improve sophistication of predictions in order to drive operational insights and process improvements.
Design, document, and implement reporting dashboards to manage operational performance.
