As a Customer Success Managers, you will be on the frontier of driving Google Marketing Platform technology adoption and long-term product usage. Along with the team, you will work to future-proof our Partners by ensuring they stay at the advanced leading edge of Google product capabilities. In this role, you will be proactive and drive real impact via project management, problem-solving, communicating, and staying advanced with marketing technology for data collection, measurement, and media activation.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
Drive and manage the product certification process for key Google partners.
Lead project management for Google Marketing Platform technology and data implementations, ensuring the technology is installed and being used to meet key use cases that drive value for the partner and their customers.
Drive advanced Google Marketing Platform product use cases through partner adoption of Joint Technical Plans and Tech Road Maps, with the clear goal of helping them meet the needs of their current and future customers through Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud technology.
Enable partners to drive increased advertising investment on Google media platforms through enhanced targeting, measurement, and audience insights from Google Marketing Platform.
Lead or coordinate training programs for Partners to develop self-sufficiency on Google Marketing Platform products.
