Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of customer-facing experience, working with executives, and driving customer transformation programs.
Experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, and defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
Experience working in a team environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with the Google Marketing Platform, (e.g. Google Analytics, Campaign Manager).
Experience with online media buying strategies and platforms.
Experience working in Ad Technology ecosystems and with advertising technologies.
Knowledge of cloud-based advanced analytics platforms, such as BigQuery.
Ability to act proactively to influence partner stakeholders and drive impact.
Demonstrated strategic and analytical business approach to building customer relationships.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor and partner with customers by enabling them to use our products to achieve their business objectives and stakeholder goals. You will work with customers to remove organizational and technical barriers and identify opportunities to help customers expand their use of our products.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
Lead project management for the implementation of our Google Marketing Platform products.
Work closely with partners and agencies to deliver solutions and use cases to our customers and drive positive business outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners, including our Google Technical Professional Services team and Large Customer Sales media teams.
Drive increased advertising investment on media platforms through enhanced measurement and audience insights from Google Marketing Platform.
Build and maintain a knowledge of our Google Marketing Platform and related Google products.
