About the job
A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It’s your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
Our goal is to build a Google that looks like the world around us — and we want Googlers to stay and grow when they join us. As part of our efforts to build a Google for everyone, we build diversity, equity, and inclusion into our work and we aim to cultivate a sense of belonging throughout the company.
Grow with Google is committed to creating economic opportunity. Since launching in 2017, we’ve helped more than seven million Americans advance their skills, get better jobs, and grow businesses.
In this role, you will optimize and improve the Google Career Certificates learner journey with data and insights. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to build a learning agenda, integrate data across multiple sources, complete analysis, and generate insights to boost program performance. You will conduct regular reviews to evaluate progress toward objectives and key results (OKRs), identify gaps, and drive decisions to close those gaps. You’ll also manage vendor teams.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain dashboards to provide timely data from multiple data sources to enable sound business decisions.
Improve and implement a survey strategy across multiple audiences to measure program impact and clear statistics for external use.
Design a forecast model to account for the impact of marketing and partnerships activations, product, and content improvements.
Connect and analyze multiple data sources to create user journeys across B2B and B2C segments. Own and drive data documentation and retention processes with contribution from the Privacy team.
Build, improve, and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) instances for various partners types that will help make partners onboarding smooth, and enable accurate data reporting.
