Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with quantitative focus, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of analytical work experience in marketing and sales, management consulting, or in a business operations and analytics environment.
2 years of experience in management.
Experience with analyzing data, database query (e.g. SQL), and creating dashboards/reports.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree with a quantitative focus.
Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver findings of analysis.
Organizational and project management skills.
Knowledge of Machine Learning and Big Data Infrastructure.
Ability to design data pipelines and dimensional data modeling, for synch and asynch system integration, and implementation.

The Product and Sales Activation (PSA) team is responsible for performance and brand solutions for Small and Medium Business advertisers around the world from large mid market companies to local mom and pop shops served by the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Business. We are the product and business experts behind the thousands of GCS Googlers that are responsible for driving sustainable business growth and product adoption. We identify opportunities through analysis, build consensus with stakeholders, and program manage cross-functional teams to drive GCS advertiser success and business growth.

Responsibilities
Set direction and priorities for the team that builds and maintains the core data infrastructure that supports our sales and partner teams’ operations, and enables those teams to execute on our product objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive aspects of data infrastructure, and solution design and development (e.g., requirements gathering, testing, documentation, training, implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance).
Build new processes, procedures, methods, tests, or components, with foresight to anticipate and address future issues, with an approach that enables scaling.
Help the team navigate through data best practices (e.g., type of data, source, target interfaces, tech stack, data volume, change management of data, required frequency, required latency) and extract, transform, and load (ETL) needs.
