Preferred qualifications:
Experience developing presentations and reports utilizing internal and external real estate data in order to inform, educate, and drive enterprise level decisions.
Experience in sustainability and high design performance environments.
Ability to work with a variety of metrics, numbers, and data from multiple sources, and to explain complex analytics in a structured and clear manner.
Leadership skills, with ability to communicate effectively at all levels, to operate with flexibility in a matrixed work environment.
Solid marketing and graphic design skills, with the ability to simplify complex data preferred.
About the job
As a member of the Real Estate Development Services team, and the Development Strategy and Operations Lead, you will be a core member of the Development team. You will assist in various strategic development initiatives and program support on various development team goals and objectives, capital and OpEx planning, internal and vendor team building, and organizational team planning.
As we work to design and deliver spaces and places at a fast-pace and at a large scale, you will work alongside and as an extension of the Development leadership team. You will partner with leadership and also interface internally with our many stakeholders in tracking progress, ensuring collaboration and driving overall operational efficiency. You will support District Development Lead(s), Director of Construction Management, Design Performance lead with program management support for key partners/stakeholder relations, internal and external comms coordination with comms team and other program management support to ensure the foundations for success are in place: processes, tools, and reporting.

Responsibilities
Support core initiatives to enable the Development team to more effectively and efficiently deliver high-quality spaces, and identify and take action on opportunities related to stakeholder partnerships, knowledge share, sustainability performance tracking, external and internal comms coordination.
Plan team objectives and goals and other reporting requirements including supporting the development of stronger processes and tools by collaborating with internal and external partners.
Partner with the entire district and development executive teams and our major development vendors to ensure the organization is delivering effectively across the districts, providing support, identifying best practices and driving innovation.
Support the development of the real estate development strategy by collaborating and providing program management support on initiatives.
Improve upon and operate a streamlined governance/alignment model for Development Executives and partners.
