Minimum qualifications:

4 years of relevant work experience in digital growth marketing
3 years of experience designing and managing paid acquisition campaigns
Preferred qualifications:
Experience growing subscription businesses either in business-to-business or business-to-consumer environment
Experience developing relationships and working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional partners
Experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy, roadmap, prioritization, etc.
Understanding of the technical infrastructure needed to deliver multi-touch attribution, remarketing, and other advanced campaigns
Ability to set goals and systematically prioritize growth initiatives
Excellent process and project management skills

In this role, you’ll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
As the Digital Marketing Manager for Google Workspace, you will lead the paid digital marketing strategy for North America Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) and be an influential part of defining the global acquisition strategy. From determining appropriate audience segmentations, media plans, bid strategies, advanced analytics, and insight generation, you’ll help shape the marketing of Google Workspace and grow its loyal customer base.
In this role, you will work with a cross-functional team across Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations to align the digital marketing strategy with the evolving needs of the business. The role enables you to directly impact the growth of Google Workspace helping more businesses and solopreneurs transform the way they work.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage paid media strategy for North America SMB to meet business objectives while partnering with other regional leads to share best practices globally.
Manage ad agency team responsible for delivering campaigns, ensuring they achieve our growth goals and deliver insights to inform efforts.
Work in collaboration with Product Management, Sales, and the rest of Growth Marketing to identify new ways to enhance funnel for increased campaign effectiveness.
Drive media learning agenda and measurement plan prioritizing tests and trials that will ultimately impact positive business growth. Partner with Google Workspace web team to define content and testing needs across the user journey.
Represent regional performance and market trends in executive reviews providing recommendations on how to enhance budget to meet business objectives.
