Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or scientific discipline (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in project-based analytics.
5 years of people management experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in a quantitative, scientific, or business discipline.
Experience in leading a strategic and financial analytics team responsible for interactive manipulation and analysis of large datasets in SQL, predictive modeling and machine learning (including supervised and unsupervised), experimental design, execution, and measurement.
Experience with multi-product DTC business including both subscription and transactional products from wireless, technology, cable, or similar industries that focus on customer lifecycle management (e.g., acquisition, development, retention, and reacquisition).
Experience with continuous improvement of internal reporting and self-service dashboard tools.
Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$262,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Lead the Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) Analytics team.
Work with YouTube’s Strategy and Finance functions to support strategic and financial decision-making for DTC subscription and transactional products.
Plan, prioritize, lead, and deliver analytical projects.
Collaborate with business, product, and marketing analytics and data science teams.
