Minimum qualifications:

15 years of experience in client-facing roles partnering with senior/executive leaders.
Experience leveraging data analysis to address issues with clients and customers.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in real estate, design and delivery, facilities, or real estate programs.
Experience in influencing stakeholders through leveraging relationships, expertise, and data.
Experience in educating, influencing, and building strong relationships with leaders and their delegates.
Experience using data, trends, and research to drive action and impact.
Ability to produce and deliver executive-level presentations and to adapt style and delivery of information to audiences accordingly.
About the job
As a Director of Business Partners in the Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) organization, you’ll be guiding an incredible team of Business Partners, who bridge the gap between REWS and the three Product Areas: Core, Platforms & Ecosystems, and Research. Your influence and leadership skills will be essential to engage and collaborate across Google, enabling the implementation and execution of REWS initiatives. Working with external business areas, including culture, finance, services, and physical space, you will synthesize and develop a comprehensive REWS strategy and ensure alignment in our core REWS delivery and messaging. Your strong client management skills will be key for the following: develop and motivate other exceptional leaders; build trust in difficult situations; gain buy-in and consensus from SVP-level leaders with diverse opinions; and be a trusted REWS advisor. As this role is highly collaborative role, you will make decisions on trade-offs and keep information circulating, enabling REWS to serve the evolving business needs and our Product Areas to thrive.

Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver timely, relevant, thorough, and tailored communication that includes problems and solutions.
Develop and mentor teams on thriving in ambiguity, adapting to changing needs, and balancing near-term goals and long-term strategy aligning with REWS priorities.
Act as a single point of contact to senior Product Area leaders for REWS-related strategy and execution.
