Experience leading people, with success in growing and developing talent with the demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to synthesize data into useful formats and bring actionable insights.
Project management, problem solving and analysis skills, combined with excellent business judgment and communication skills.

As Director, gPS Central Strategy and Operations, you’ll be responsible for developing gPS’s strategy globally, coordinating across all the gPS regions. You will be a catalyst and critical thought leader in helping to transform Google’s technical services to be a competitive advantage for Google and our customers. You will have the opportunity to shape how we deliver transformative results to our customers and amplify how Google products create value for our main customers, by helping grow and evolve gTech’s world-class professional services organization. You will also influence product teams to resolve main issues, Google’s Ads partner strategy and operations, how we drive efficiencies across a global professional services team, and move from delivery of professional services to systematic value creation for customers and Google at scale. You will understand all of Google Ads professional services operations across a wide range of products and customers and be responsible for identifying/driving strategic initiatives.
You will have a deep understanding of Google’s business, and be a key contributor in a dynamic and high-growth environment. Critical to the success of this role is demonstrated experience partnering with dynamic leaders of complex organizations, and aligning on clear operation imperatives, benefiting all organizations. You will have experience in people leadership and development, partnering with leadership stakeholders to think through strategic issues, and communicate effectively with executives to drive significant strategic initiatives.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Manage the planning and execution of major global strategic initiatives across gTech Professional Services. Collaborate closely with the gPS leadership team to define gPS-wide strategy and gain alignment across the team.
Identify and engage Google-wide stakeholders proactively on all professional services initiatives (i.e. projects that cross Sales, Product, and Marketing functions).
Lead the process for defining the gPS strategic focus areas, translating them into cross-gPS initiatives and driving their execution.
Manage annual business planning, determining and tracking key business metrics through the year, and driving operational efficiencies across the business.
Drive the planning and operational business cadence for gPS including Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), quarterly business reviews, monthly business reviews.
