Experience creating structure within an environment with high levels of ambiguity.
Experience leading initiatives, developing policies, or thought leadership in regulated, high visibility domains.
Ability to lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers and technical talent.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineers including technical leads and managers.
Develop and launch security infrastructure and improve security of existing products.
Inspire and lead teams to implement novel solutions to security problems.
