In this role, you will be responsible for managing ongoing programs to build toward our goal. Contributing to the overall program and product strategy, you will lead projects, serving as a partner for Engineering, UX, and Product leadership. You will build and lead a performing, globally distributed team delivering operational excellence at scale.
In this role, you will also mobilize cross-functional teams and deliver solutions for scale, with data-driven decision-making to lead and launch solutions that enable AR/VR products.

Responsibilities
Design and lead multi-year, multi-product, program schedules and take full responsibility for planning, overall execution, and success of hardware device and NTI programs.
Lead the team in mitigating risks, establishing and achieving key metrics, achieving product quality goals, maintaining schedules and budgets, managing escalations and facilitating execution toward business goals.
Manage existing processes and structure to maximize velocity, quality, engineering, and predictability for the organization.
Partner with Engineering Directors, Product Managers, and leadership to ensure TPM alignment with engineering and product priorities.
Inspire teams to a bias toward action and lead through pivots and deprecations. Develop and grow diverse talent through mentoring, succession planning, and retention strategies for key talent.
