15 years of experience in product management and operations or related
Experience building software products
Experience working in teams and with cross-functional stakeholders

Experience influencing across product areas
Experience in the full lifecycle of technical product management and leading product development, including, providing product vision and roadmaps, writing exceptional Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and bringing to market high visibility and complex products on time
Experience with technical innovation and leading technically challenging projects
Experience building complex user feedback programs in complex regulatory domains
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority, working on and with technical and cross-functional or highly matrixed teams who do not report into this role to get things done
About the job
As the Director of Product Management, Consumer Trust, User Feedback across the Knowledge and Information (K&I) organization, you will partner with all products in the K&I organization to develop and execute on user feedback improvements including, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency, implementing regulatory requirements, improving user feedback experiences, and optimizing escalations and incident protocols. You will work closely with key partners across the K&I organization and other functions (e.g., Trust and Safety, Public Policy, Legal, Marketing, Communications, Finance, etc.). You will use technical expertise to research, and provide strategic direction across a wide range of Google products.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with executive leaders and cross-functional partners to shape our overall strategy/plans for user feedback as relates to consumer trust.
Communicate and encourage best practices to partners to support the strategic priorities of the Consumer Trust organization. Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and other Google Product Management teams to create, drive, and deliver an innovative, compelling, and user-friendly experience to our customers.
Unlock roadblocks at the corporate level and cultivate collaboration with executive product leaders across Google through leadership, creativity, intelligence, and presence.
