Partner Engagement Strategic Business Partners are instrumental in optimizing Alphabet’s extended workforce models. They guide businesses and functions through complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring policy adherence in this constantly evolving sphere. This role directly shapes our product areas, Bets, and Functions development and the formation of future-proof strategic solutions.
As a Partner Engagement Strategic Business Partner Manager, you will lead a team to mandate extended workforce policies and guidelines, drive cross-functional OKRs focused on cost savings and compliance, and mitigate risk across product areas and Bets. It’s essential to identify and address obstacles to policy adoption across product areas, promoting company-wide best practices tailored to enhance operational success. A deep understanding of product area business objectives is crucial to directly influence executives and senior leaders across Google to drive goal achievement while prioritizing compliance and cost optimization.
In this role, you will also lead change by driving Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) enterprise-wide changes, deeply understanding impact across product areas to business goals and regularly engage with executive stakeholders across a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team to ensure adherence to Google best practices.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $253,000-$363,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
