Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in business development, including global leadership experience and experience developing new business models.
Experience operating within and leading cross-functional teams.
Experience in online advertising, product technology partnerships, and new product launch.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or equivalent experience.

About the job
As the Director, Global Partnerships for Performance Ads, you will be responsible for global product partnerships, cultivating the ecosystem for our Ads products worldwide. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, cross-functional teams, and our ecosystem stakeholders, you will develop and execute strategy and the organization’s business plans for Google Ads worldwide. You will guide and coach partnerships teams to focus on driving business growth, adoption, and market integration. You will also lead engagements at the C-level, working closely with external stakeholders like large retailers, brands, measurement providers, publishers, regulators, and government officials, and customers of our services/technology to grow the Google Ads business.

We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.
Responsibilities
Bring deep insights and thought leadership to the Google Ads global partner ecosystem, and provide strategic oversight to global partner discussions. Deepen engagement for key partner accounts and develop effective strategies in a competitive environment for Google Ads.
Drive consumer and advertiser growth and increase trust for Google Ads, working with key internal and external stakeholders. Develop Key Performance Indicators and metrics to measure the success of the business and push the business acceleration.
Lead and manage a successful partner-facing organization.
Represent the company at industry events, which will include describing the benefits of working with Google to users, partners, and other industry players.
Work closely with existing Google teams and leaders to ensure that we have a coordinated approach to Ads products.
