Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, other relevant product management discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of leadership experience in product management creating customer-facing commercial products.
10 years of leadership experience in product management in the development of commerce platforms.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or advanced technical degree.
10 years of leadership experience in cloud ecosystems, and large scale distributed systems.
SaaS experience, including delivering software through non-traditional channels to business users.
Experience driving strategy across multiple internal and external stakeholders/partners.
Ability to think innovatively, problem solve systematically, collaborate cross-functionally, and work through to a solution to ambiguous problems.
Excellent organization and prioritization skills along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

The Google Cloud commerce charter is to modernize the discovery, purchase, fulfillment and monetization of first-party and third-party solutions and accelerate business acquisition for all of Google Cloud. As Director, Product Management, Cloud Commerce Platform you will work directly with engineering partners with a cross functional team to outline the platform strategy. You will be responsible for providing product vision, driving product strategy and roadmap, delivering differentiating customer experience, and successfully executing across numerous proprietary and open source technologies to solve difficult problems for our customers.
You will drive the strategy across multiple key stakeholders and will need to be highly effective in influencing, driving alignment, and collaboration with extremely strong outbound communication skills and credibility. You will possess Commerce, Marketplace and SaaS experience, and have delivered software through non-traditional channels to business users.

Responsibilities
Develop a strategic vision for the Cloud Marketplace and build a coherent roadmap for our internal and external customers.
Work across product and engineering teams to build, design, implement and maintain our products that span across the whole portfolio of product offerings.
Drive decisions around prioritization, solutions, functionality and pricing.
Influence and establish best product management practices through solid design decisions, processes and tools.
Represent the area in external customer and partner communities.
