Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of professional work experience with 10 years of experience in Product Management.
Experience building AI (Artificial Intelligence) solutions.
Experience delivering consumer or enterprise products, managing product solutions with multiple stakeholders, and leading either product or engineering functions.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master’s degree.
Experience in Product Management in a Conversational and/or Contact Center AI space.
Experience with Enterprise software and AI and Machine Learning (ML) solutions.
Experience in computer science.
Understanding of how technologies can shape institutions, innovate, and deliver growth.
Passion for using cloud and mobile technologies to generate strategic differentiation within customers across industries and geographies.
About the job
As Director, Product Management, Conversational and Contact Center AI (CCCAI) for Google Cloud, you will be responsible for the product roadmap including defining, designing, delivering, and influencing CCCAI products, leveraging the technologies built in Google Cloud and Alphabet.
You will work closely with our customers and other functions supporting CCCAI within Google Cloud to help define the key set of product requirements and products that will help us grow customer adoption. You will also work closely with Google Cloud’s Go-to-Market teams to deliver these products to customers. In this role you will cover all CCCAI areas within Cloud AI and Industry Solutions (CAIIS).

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver preeminent cloud-based product solutions and go-to-market strategy for CCCAI customers.
Build and lead an exceptional product management team to deliver complex software solutions in a commercial, mission-critical environment, developing talent through mentoring, coaching, succession planning and retention strategies.
Foster a collaborative working environment to achieve goals, ship products on time and within budget, unlock roadblocks, and cultivate collaboration across Google through leadership, creativity, and intelligence.
Work closely with other teams to build on existing services and address product gaps to drive customer adoption while interfacing with sales leadership to translate platform capabilities into product vision for customers.
Create a set of metrics to measure success, reporting quarterly progress against goals.
