Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in product management or related experience including product conception and launching, building, and developing multiple products.
10 years of experience leading and developing a product management team.
Experience building and scaling platform/infrastructure for a consumer/business product.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building and scaling a consumer and/or small business product.
Experience defining technical/business strategy and building a team and driving goals.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales.
Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to analyze, structure, and distill complex technical and business problems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
About the job
In this role, you will define and build the software platform that serves as the foundation for Search by engaging with our platforms engineering and other cross-functional teams, in partnership with Search feature/product teams to understand and anticipate infrastructure needs. You will be the Product Manager leadership counterpart to our engineering team.

Responsibilities
Craft and drive the vision for Search Infrastructure to empower product innovation with our engineering leaders. Set the strategy and the roadmap.
Understand the product strategy by partnering closely with leadership across key stakeholders across Search to identify and anticipate infrastructure needs, while prioritizing for impact with clear success and adoption criteria.
Influence product partners with technical insights to provide platform offerings and implementation guidance, guardrails, and prerequisites to ensure performance and sustainability.
Define and build comprehensive developer experience to tie together platform offerings to empower our product/feature developers to innovate.
Lead and grow a team of product managers working on key aspects of the Search Infrastructure.
