About the job

You will support the development of strategic and operational plans to deliver to first-party customers by working across the Core Developer pillar. This role will foster impact, as it will provide strategic insight and translate strategy into action for an organization serving internal developers across multiple ecosystems on over many platforms in many countries.
You will act as a trusted advisor to the organization lead, and in some instances be called upon to act as a proxy. You will thrive in ambiguity and look for opportunities to collaborate across the organization.

Serve as a proxy for Vice President, and first-party Developer when needed to represent the strategy across Developer, and Google.
Manage business planning and core operations, metrics, budget, headcount, space planning, location strategy, diversity, equity, inclusion activities, etc.
Drive change in core business operations for the global organization including but not limited to decision-making effectiveness, streamlining product and engineering reviews, and resource planning and allocation.
Foster community across the different roles and job families in first-party, and help drive unity across the first-party organization to build and maintain organizational health.
