Minimum qualifications:

Experience managing technical projects in the software engineering domain.
Experience leading and growing teams within technical program management or equivalent roles.
Preferred qualifications:
20 years of professional experience.
Experience working on consumer products and partnering closely with product and design to set and deliver on product vision.
Ability to effectively influence, partner, and communicate cross-functionally across all disciplines.
Proven ability to run and deliver results on large-scale, complex technical projects under tight deadlines and with large growth goals.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that drive executional impact at scale.
About the job
As Director for Program Management, Google Photos, you will be responsible for program management across Google Photos including our apps, printing, and photo storage businesses. You will partner with UX, Product Managers, and Engineering to determine “what” our teams should build and then be responsible for “how” we make it happen.
Your team will establish processes and plans to usher projects through the entire lifecycle. You will be a leader to help the Google Photos team evolve, grow, scale, and be as efficient as possible.

Responsibilities
Drive projects from requirements through launch, including managing complex project schedules, removing roadblocks, and keeping processes running smoothly.
Partner closely with engineering, product management, and design teams to define, prioritize, and implement features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows.
Manage and foster a growing team of technical program managers, program managers, and technical solutions consultants, attracting and developing top talent.
Lead transformational efforts to scale and improve organizational efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop product roadmaps and translate them into integrated actionable plans that are aligned with business goals.
