Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in sales/business development roles or relevant roles, with 6 years of experience in a management role.
- Experience in channel and partner development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in channel and partner development (e.g., EdTech, educational market).
- Ability to drive action in a cross-functional and relationship based organization and engage at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work-streams.
- Excellent verbal communication, collaboration, problem solving, and analytical skills.

You will lead a 25+ Google for Education (GfE) sales and partnerships team, selling educational solutions that cut across Chrome, Workspace and Classroom, EdTech Partnerships, Analytics and Cloud Solutions for K-12 and Higher Ed customers. You will be in charge of delivering these educational solutions across North America and be a valued strategic leader of GfE’s global business.

Responsibilities
Lead and build North American Sales teams to enable them to effectively deliver valuable solutions to our K-12, Higher Ed and EdTech customers. * Maintain leadership position in North America, in both device and software solutions for teachers, students, and educational leaders.
- Develop and strengthen relationships at the national and state levels, with large school districts across the United States and Canada, and with key distribution and channel partners.
- Collaborate with the Global Impact Team to bring professional development and broad transformation management support to our users, ensuring they lead to successful educational outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Workspace Specialist Team to drive continued love for and adoption of our paid Workspace/Classroom solutions.
