Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications:
MBA degree.
Experience in mobile app ecosystems, digital platforms, or a multi-functional background.
Experience building a team for scaled business development, while considering the future of the team and the company.
Excellent business acumen, and the ability to confidently advocate for partners, clients, and the business.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior business partners.

As the Director of Scaled Partner Management, you will drive ecosystem-wide changes to policy and business models in accordance with Google Play/Android’s evolving context. You will also build out a global scaled business development team for other applications in the Google Play ecosystem.
You will directly manage Scaled Relationship Managers in the region and have dotted line responsibilities for Scaled Relationship Managers in other regions. You will act as a thought leader across markets, determining the global organization structure and set up processes to identify and scale learnings while coaching local teams. You will be in touch with the ecosystem’s current needs and also able to spot emerging trends and react appropriately to changes in consumer behavior and policy.

Responsibilities
Design and develop a multi-year scaled ecosystem strategy to accelerate success of emerging applications and games developers at scale.
Define priorities and build systems to track and report progress.
Directly lead an organization of direct reports and indirectly lead teams in other regions that rely on Scaled Partner Management for strategy and support.
Drive developer and product success at scale.
Act as guide of Google Play for individual developers.
