Experience working with Machine Learning in a production environment and/or familiarity with large-scale data center operations
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
Ability to make decisions and understand the risks, trade offs, and rewards that accompany those decisions

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for leading the analytical and capacity functions within the Core ML and Core Resource Engineering organizations. You will use a transformational approach to scaling an organization and delivering impact to our clients. You will be bring teams together across Google to achieve this goal. You will work across efforts to efficiently manage Google’s investment in ML infrastructure.
You will lead through strategy to achieve our desired results. There will be a rich operations aspect to your work, which will require engagement and oversight, as a result, you will partner with Engineering, Product, and other cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective and scalable capacity to support their development and product roadmaps. You will help leverage systems and transform what can be done with Machine Learning.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate thought leadership for the ML resource ecosystem to enable Google’s product and business goals.
Provide oversight of planning and delivery across the full ML fleet portfolio. Oversee data science analytics to influence business decisions/outcomes.
Drive technical projects from requirements through launch, including managing complex project schedules and ensuring processes/operational cadence run smoothly.
Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Operations teams to define, prioritize, and deploy features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows.
Manage and build upon the current team dedicated to the technical program management of the ML fleet.
