The Google Cloud Commerce team is to modernize the discovery, purchase, fulfillment, and growth of first-party and third-party solutions and accelerate business growth for all of Google Cloud. Cloud Commerce encompasses three key areas: billing, the reseller platform, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) marketplace, built on a Google scale unified commerce platform. Google Cloud Commerce is a key enabler of Google Cloud’s rapid business growth.
As the User Experience (UX) Director of Google Cloud Commerce, you will use your business acumen and extensive industry knowledge to define and drive the future of Google’s Cloud partner and customer experience and commerce. You identify and set product strategy, make complex UX ecosystems simple and inspire teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You create and communicate a clear vision of the future of user experience and are dedicated in your pursuit of using customer-centric methods to define new solutions.
In this role, you will apply your passion for brand, craft, and design fidelity to guide research and design processes, mentor talented members of your team, and collaborate with leaders of other UX, Product Management and Engineering teams to create innovative experiences for cloud customers across the marketplace and our service infrastructure. You are a leader who is passionate about building enterprise experiences and will need to be highly effective in influencing, driving alignment, and collaboration with extremely outbound communication skills and credibility.

Define the UX vision for Google Cloud commerce and the Google Cloud marketplace. Define the streamlined experience for Google Cloud clients.
Inspire and manage a highly strategic team of user experience experts with a deep nuanced subject matter expertise, a rich network, and a market brand of authenticity and credibility.
Grow and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of UX leads, managers, and individual contributors.
Partner with UX leads, product, and business partners to come up with and execute bold new ideas.
Provide leadership in working with product management and engineering executives on product strategy and customer engagement.
