The Professional Services Organization (PSO) within Google Cloud delivers product, strategy, and implementation expertise to our customers, helping them get the most out of Google Cloud.
As an Engagement Manager (EM), you will lead the development of, and manage Professional Services engagements with our customers. You’ll help customers adopt Google Cloud products and services. You’ll help to develop strategies, and manage programs, enterprise technology, and cloud infrastructure implementation to drive success for customers.
You will engage with stakeholder groups, including executives of enterprises, and a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team to help plan, gather needs, and scope engagements and delivery service offerings to accelerate the cloud adoption journey. You’ll build relationships and effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.

Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the development and implementation of strategies for customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture customer needs and develop a services strategy for individual accounts. Act as the point of contact for services in partnership with the business team.
Collaborate with PSO consultants to determine project goals, define success criteria, and create statements of work (SOWs) for customer-related projects.
Coordinate with PSO consultants and other stakeholders to develop staffing, project plans, and schedules and work with external delivery partners, as needed.
Maintain project level oversight and manage exceptions related to timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies.
