Presentation skills with detailed business documentation to stakeholders and management.

As Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager, you will be part of a team that is driving our safety management and performance within our logistics operations. You will be involved in partnering with our extended workforce service partners to develop and implement a safe working environment and proactive safety culture. You will identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve overall safety performance within the warehouse environment. You will define problem solving and risk-mitigation strategies and drive engineering/innovation initiatives to reduce risks. You will lead projects that often involve multiple stakeholders Internal and External, over a number of locations and it’s your job to keep all the parties coordinated on the project’s progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities
Maintain legal permits/programs to ensure EHS compliance with all applicable regulations on both Google and vendor owned locations.
Partner with Global Logistics Operations Logistics Vendors to drive continuous safety improvements and create a safety program.
Identify and lead engineering and innovation solutions to reduce risk in the operations.
Identify and evaluate operational EHS risks, assessing the impact to the business, and analyze risk scenarios to determine their potential impact to the business and design/lead programs to mitigate those risks.
Conduct assessments of existing EHS programs to ensure alignment with our regional strategy, including analyzing EHS business risks and identifying, describing, and estimating efficiencies to be gained through established programs.
