Epitaxy manufacturing engineering applied to one of the most valuable – and difficult – III-V Epi problems. You will work with the Epi team, develop control plans and test improvements to make beautiful displays.

Responsibilities
Tune, monitor, maintain and improve red, green, and blue micro LED Epitaxy processes for full color micro LED displays.
Optimize control methodologies to enable scaling these processes for production readiness.
Own and drive in situ and ex situ process control methods, working internally and with vendors to tune and invent new control plan and capabilities.
Work with Epitaxy Engineers, fab, FA and a specialized software team to implement best known methods for process control based on new targeting and microstructural learning in a fast-paced development environment
