Experience leading complex team-wide initiatives
Strong general understanding of the cloud industry and enterprise customer scale requirements, and strong general understanding of Google Cloud’s products and solutions
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple stakeholders
Proven ability to manage high-visibility communication effectively, both verbally and in writing

As part of the Google Cloud Customer Experience team, the Executive Briefing program brings together the best of Google Cloud’s thinking and technology to help enterprise customers and partners solve challenges and accelerate transformations.
Engaging customers in our physical spaces and digital briefing rooms, the Executive Briefing program serves as an innovation hub, seeking to deepen relationships, accelerate business, and drive consumption with our customers and partners.
In this role, you will consult and collaborate with account teams and cross-functional leaders to craft a narrative that will inspire, engage, and educate enterprise executives and decision makers to drive business objectives, while providing excellent customer experiences.
You will develop and leverage custom curated agendas, content, and demonstrations to showcase Google Cloud’s business and technology solutions both digitally and in-person.

Consult, manage, and facilitate executive briefing experiences for C-level and other decision-makers with internal go-to-market, product, and engineering teams in partnership with operations and coordinator teams.
Guide all aspects of the executive briefing experience from pre-planning to post-meeting debrief by leading account team and customer communications, developing agendas, and curating content.
Drive cross-functional stakeholder relationships within the go-to-market teams to ensure the program is embedded into account planning.
Contribute to continuously improve the program, proactively identify areas of opportunity to streamline processes, content, and strategy, and partner to implement updates.
Prepare presenters, facilitate and host meetings, capture customer insights and action items throughout briefings, and deliver feedback to relevant stakeholders.
